An Edinburgh-based craft beer brand has kicked off a spring egg hunt with a twist, sending beer lovers across the capital in search of its pop-up store, offering free beer and merchandise.
Every Thursday from today, March 31, Cold Town Beer will open a pop-up store at various locations in Edinburgh city centre, handing out sample cans of Cold Town Lager, Pornstar martini Ale and New England IPA .
Ed Evans, Head Brewer at Cold Town Beer, said: “The Cold Town Hotspot takeover is the first big campaign we’ve had, and we hope Edinburgh beer lovers are ready!

The brewery’s first pop-up will appear outside The Huxley, just off Edinburgh’s iconic Princes St, at 4pm today, March 31. But be quick, because it will only be left while supplies last.
The following pop-up locations are being kept secret until a day or two before their scheduled appearance date, so be sure to follow Cold Town Beer’s social media accounts for updates.
