Store operations

• Assist with daily store operations, in-store customer service, customers at checkout
• Assist with inventory of packing and shipping materials
• Manage product unpacking, labeling and merchandising
• Processing orders for gifts and accessories online
• Help with buying and going to the market
• Assist with inventory
• Assist in sku creation
• In-store and website merchandising
• Communication and supplier relations
Customer service
• Assist with online customer service responses
• Track customer information in database and send thank you emails
• Order processing and management
• Help with Design Insider
• Help with Instagram stories and social media
• Assist in the planning and work of pop-ups, photoshoots, in-store events
• Assist with messaging and marketing initiatives

You are the right candidate for this position if you have strong, effective and clear written and verbal communication skills and can master the tone of the company’s voice.
