About the role

Working within the Merchandise team, the Merchandise Assistant will be involved in a range of administrative tasks related to purchasing, supply, planning and maintenance. You will report to the Head of Sourcing and Planning and will also take direction of Buyers and Planners within the team. You will participate in data entry related to purchases, inventory delivery, inventory maintenance, reporting and planning. You will also participate in ad hoc tasks and administrative tasks for the many projects in which the merchandise team is involved.

  • Data entry for the purchasing and planning team
  • Pictograms for purchase and reports
  • Help with inventory management and deliveries
  • Assist with sample coordination
  • Assist in the coordination of the photoshoot (casting of the model, styling, dressing, selections and general organization)
  • Assist with merchandise accounts
  • Assist in labeling all new products in accordance with the labeling system update
  • Participate in the Visual On Order update
  • Assist with visual merchandising and catalog updates for all areas of the website
  • Help with website categories
  • Assist with customs clearance
  • Transfer assistance
  • Ad hoc tasks in relation to merchandise projects
