One of the UK’s leading print and merchandise companies, Embello, has recruited two new members to its team in preparation for its growth. Run by entrepreneur Kyle Raffo, Embello provides merchandise and prints for brands including Team GB, Morrisons, Spotify and Dominos

Embello, the leading Midlands-based print and merchandise company, has welcomed two new faces to its growing team.

Kirsty Sibley (33) has been recruited as an account manager. Kirsty, who lives in Tamworth with her French bulldog Reggie, previously worked in telesales/sales and worked for a national catering equipment company for six years.

“I was selling anything from a teaspoon to a cold room,” Kirsty said.

During the Covid pandemic, and like many others, Kirsty was made redundant and was unemployed for five months. Then she saw the opportunity to work with the Embello team. She said she really enjoys waking up every day and realizing she’s going to a workplace she loves.

: The vibe in the building is great and getting back to work has made me the happiest I’ve ever been,” she said. “I love the challenges I get when I convert clients and I can’t thank Kyle enough for believing in me. “

Embello founder and CEO Kyle Raffo is no stranger to challenges, as he started Embello when he was just 16 years old. Today the company works with brands such as Twitter, Team GB, Morrisons, Spotify and Dominos.

Although new to Embello, Kirsty already has big ideas. She would like to see Embello reach one million customers by 2025 and intends to facilitate this by providing a good customer experience that will make them want to come back with repeat business and recommend Embello to others.

The second new member of the team is Louis Hale (22), who currently lives with his parents in Sutton Coldfield, the town where he has lived all his life and where he also attended The Arthur Terry School.

After leaving school, Louis began an apprenticeship in graphic design and worked in a marketing agency.

“I love working at Embello,” said Louis. “Kyle, Kirsty and I love having a monthly sales contest, which pushes me to my limits and keeps us all on our toes, which makes us more motivated.”

Kyle agreed: “The team is inspiring and we are all equally driven to be the number one specialist in print, promotional items and branded clothing in the UK.”

Embello offers in-house printing, embroidery and engraving services as well as a range of digital solutions for all creative requirements from individuals looking for personalized gifts, teams and community groups needing help with promotional t-shirts, as well as businesses requiring a professional. to a solution.
